• Follow Us on Social: Head to the points page of your account, and you’ll see our social platforms—Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube—that you can follow for 10 points each. More beauty content you love, plus more points!

How Do I Redeem My IPSY Points?

Redeeming points is simple:

1. Log in to your IPSY account.

2. Head to the points page (more on that above). 

3. Click into the “redeem” section.

4. Browse the lineup of reward products.

5. Choose what you want and redeem!

Your reward will ship free with your next bag or box.

How Many Points Do I Need?

Rewards vary, but typically you’ll find options starting at lower point amounts (like 600) all the way up to higher thresholds (like 1800+). The lineup is always changing, so check often for new products to drop.

When Will My Reward Ship?

Your redeemed item will ship with your next IPSY bag or box—so expect it alongside your upcoming delivery. If you redeem after your current bag or box has already shipped, your reward will be included in the following one.

Do IPSY Points Expire?

Yes—points do expire. Generally, they remain valid for 12 months after you earn them. To avoid losing out, keep an eye on your balance and redeem regularly.

What Happens If I Cancel or Pause My Membership?

• Canceling: We'll save your points for up to 12 months when your account is fully canceled. Also, please keep in mind that you must be an active member in order to redeem your points.

• Pausing: Points remain in your account while paused (remember that all points expire one year from the date they were first earned), but you’ll need to reactivate to redeem them.

What If My Reward Is Out of Stock?

Inventory is limited, and rewards can sell out quickly. If an item you redeemed becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you and either replace it with a comparable product or refund your points.
