How can I change the address on my account?

To update your address, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Visit www.boxycharm.com
Step 2: Click "My Account" and log in using your email address/password

Step 3: Click "Edit" under the address section
Step 4: Enter your new address information and click "Save"

If you have multiple addresses, please follow these instructions:


Step 1: Visit www.boxycharm.com
Step 2: Click "My Account" and log in using your email address/password
Step 3: Click "Add an Address" under the address section
Step 4: Enter your new address information and click "Save"
Step 5: Then click "Edit" on your subscription on the left side of your dashboard

Step 6: Select the new shipping address from the drop down options
Step 7: Click "Change"

Always confirm that the "Ships to" section of your subscription details on the left side of your dashboard has the correct address. ( Click attachment for a visual) If it is correct, you are done and you are ready to be charmed! :D

**Keep in my mind that every month, your box will ship to the address that is set as your shipping address as of the 1st of the month. Please remember to update your address before the first of the month to ensure your box is shipped to the correct address.
